Training and Development

As part of the new and evolving Community Development sector, HEART is committed to training its staff to develop the expertise required to lead our Organization through rapid growth. Professional development plays a key part of the professional organization that we are committed to building. All staff undergo compulsory field training to gain exposure to customers, their environment and our organization work practices. Training on functional skills, Organizational Behaviors, communications, management/leadership and Management Information System (MIS) will be conducted at regular intervals. All staffs are required to participate in training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
